Annabelle "Anna" Larkin, born in Pennsylvania in April 1882, was the daughter of Charles J. Larkin and Catherine L. Riley, both born in Ireland.
At the time of the 1900 Federal Census, Charles and "Katherine" Larkin lived on Melwood Avenue, Pittsburgh, with seven of their eight children - John E., Joseph P., Mary G., Charles J., Katherine G., Annie B., William D. According to the census, Anna was born in April 1882.
Still at Melwood Avenue in 1910, Anna lived with her parents and her brother, Charles.
By 1920, Melwood Street had become Fleetwood Street. Charles Larkin, the father, had died in 1917, and Anna, a private nurse, lived at the family home with her widowed mother, Catherine L., her widowed brother, Charles J., and his three daughters.
Anna's mother died in 1928.
In 1930, Anna L. Larkin was residing on Spahr Street, Pittsburgh, with her widowed brother, Charles, and his three daughters. Anna was working as a Graduate Nurse for a private family.
Anna's brother, Charles Larkin, died in 1933 of pernicious anemia, at which time Anna Larkin was the informant for the death record.

About 1941, Anna married William Nicholas Winter, a widower, whose wife had died in June 1940. William Nicholas Winter was born on July 22, 1874 and he died on December 18, 1961, in Pittsburgh. He is buried next to his first wife at St. Mary's Cemetery in Lawrenceville, Allegheny County.
Anna B. Larkin Winter died on July 5, 1968 in Pittsburgh. She is also buried at St. Mary's Cemetery, where her parents and other family members are buried.
