LOUISE ELIZABETH LAKE

Louise Elizabeth Lake was born on May 17, 1910 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Her father, Frank Lake, was born in Germany, and her mother, Antonnina Hovak, in Pennsylvania.

At the time of the 1930 census, she was a student nurse at St. Francis and lived in the Nurses' Home.

The marriage licence of Louise E. Lake, 5432 Howe St., and John Fadgen of Philadelphia, was posted in the Pittsburgh Press on November 14, 1939.

From a list of Pennsylvania Registered Nurses, 1940-1941, published by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners: "Louise Lake Fadgen, 612 California Ave., Avalon."
