Loretta Henrietta Kuprowicz was born in 1933 in Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia to William and Maxine Helen (Mostowski) Kuprowicz. Siblings: Alexandra (Melonas), Eleanor (Canala), Bernice (Reddish), Danny and Edward Kuprowicz.

Loretta married Florian L. Lekavich on December 1, 1956 in Los Angeles, California.

HUSBAND'S OBITUARY--Florian "Flip" Lekavich, 80, of Huntington Beach, Calif., passed away Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Loretta, and their four children, Timothy (Wendy) Lekavich, Susan (Victor) Sloan, William (Pam) Lekavich and Christopher (Janet) Lekavich. He leaves behind six loving grandchildren, Brice, Christian, Ian, Chance, Bailey and Savannah. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the St. Gertrude Cemetery Chapel with Father John Euker officiating. Services have been entrusted to the CURRAN-SHAFFER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY INC., 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo, PA 15613.
