While a student nurse at St. Francis Hospital, Anna Krupa participated in the U.S., World War II Cadet Nursing Corps.

Anna T. Krupa was born on October 15, 1927 in Russellton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Felix Krupa and Josephine Grden. In 1930, while residing in Detroit, Michigan, her siblings, all older, were Edmund, Sophia and Helen.

Anna married William Glen Cook of Utah, and they lived in California.

Anna died August 31, 2001; last residence, Ventura, California.
