Margaret Kozusko Sivek, 91, of Indiana died Monday, July 23, 2001, at Bethany Place in Indiana. Born Sept 15, 1909, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of Charles and Mary [Kohut] Kozusko. Mrs. Sivek was a graduate of Indiana High School and the St. Francis School of Nursing in Pittsburgh. During most of her career, she was a federal government employee in Washington, D.C. Margaret is survived by these nephews and nieces: Jerry Kozusko and wife Susan of Indiana; Carol Chervenak of Burke, Va.; Mary Louise Boselli and husband Henry of Peekskill, N.Y; William Kozusko and wife Carole of Vermilion, Ohio; Suzanne Black of Indiana; James Valentine and wife Irene of Huntingdon; Judith Collins and husband Russell of Loveland, Coio.; and Patricia Simcina of Romeo, Mich. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Matthew Sivek; and the following brothers and sisters: Mary Hoffman, Ellen Fisher, Anna Spondike, William Kozusko, Elizabeth Valentine and Joseph Kozusko. The Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home in Indiana is in charge of final arrangements. There will be no viewing. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Indiana on Saturday at 9 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
