Julia Koslosky was born at Huntington County, Pennsylvania to Julian Koslosky, a coal miner, and Pauline Dobson, both born in Poland.

At the time of the 1920 Federal Census, the family lived in Carbon Township, Dudley, Huntingdon County. The father Julian, 57, and Pauline, 54, had the following children in the home: John, 19, Frank, 17, Helen, 15, and twins, Edna and Julia, age 13. There was an older daughter, Veronica, who was married.

When the father died in February 1931, Julia gave the information for the death certificate.

Julia and her twin, Edna, were born on August 22, 1906.

From a list of Pennsylvania Registered Nurses, 1940-1941, published by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners: "Julia Koslosky Heuler, 1755 Lincoln Ave., Pittsburgh."

Julia's husband was Andrew F. Heuler, and they were living at Farlson Square, Pittsburgh, when Julia died suddenly of a stroke on May 22, 1964. She is buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Allegheny County. Her twin, Edna Terrill, died in December 1992.

Calvin and his wife, Caron, all of Charlotte, N.C., Melanie Miller of Erie and Melinda Miller of CT; great-grandfather of Faith, Justin and Rachel Calvin..... Mr. Heuler was a retired U.S. Postal Letter Carrier and a volunteer for Little Sisters of the Poor.

Daughter, Julia Heuler, graduated in the St. Francis nursing Class of 1973, at which time her name was Julia Calvin. She moved to Charlotte, N. C. and last renewed her license in 2009.
