Margaret M. Cancellara died on April 6, 1998 in New York, although the Social Security death record says April 15. Her last residence was Queens County, New York. She is buried at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Her husband, a WWII veteran, died in 2002 and he, too, is buried there. She is listed as a "TEC 5 US ARMY" in the U. S. Veteran Gravesites database.
