OBITUARY: ARLENE J. JONES - Age 69, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017, while under the care of Ellwood City Hospital. Born June 24, 1948, in West Leisenring, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Margaret Finfrock Haas. Arlene was a Registered Nurse for 39 years and also served as a patient educator at Oakland Neurosurgical Associates and the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Arlene loved to read, cook and do crossword puzzles. Arlene was selflessly devoted to her family. All who knew Arlene cherished her for her warmth, kindness and generosity. Arlene leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Terri S. (Shawn) Wright of Cranberry Twp. and Tammy (Robert) Skander of Ellwood City; her half-brother, James Walton; and her six grandchildren, Dannielle, Robert III and Nicole Skander, Nathan, Noah and Abigail Wright. In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Wargo. Friends will be received on Sunday, August 6, 2017, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the BOYLAN - GLENN - KILDOO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SVCS., INC., 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
