Betty (Gertner) Fleming, age 77, of Morehead City, NC, formerly of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA, died April 1, 2003; wife of A. B. "Jim" Fleming of Morehead City; sister of Athene Herron of Pittsburgh. Graduated as an R.N. from St. Francis School of Nursing in 1947. Memorial Service in Morehead City to be announced.
