THERESA MARIE RYAN, 78, of Bell School Road died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008, at City Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 29, 1930, in Midland, Pa., a daughter of the late John and Margaret Fahey, she lived most of her life in East Liverpool. A registered nurse at East Liverpool City Hospital, she also was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church and volunteered in the church soup kitchen. A graduate of Midland High School, she was graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in August 1951. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death Oct. 24, 2002, by her husband, Richard F. Ryan Sr., whom she married May 2, 1953. Survivors include three sons, Richard F. Ryan Jr. of Indianapolis, Ind., Robert P. Ryan and his wife Faye of Salem and Daniel T. Ryan of East Liverpool. There are four grandchildren: Bobbie Jo Stockman, Katelyn Ryan, Colin Ryan and Kevin Ryan. There are two great-grandchildren: Baylei Stockman and Jaiden Stockman. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
