Monday, December 8, 1986, Steubenville Herald-Star, Steubenville, Jefferson, OH-- STEUBENVILLE – Mary C. Baker, 93, of 770 Brady Ave. died at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville at 6 a.m. today. She was a retired registered nurse and a graduate of St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. - Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Karl E. (Mary Alice) Brandt of Steubenville; a son, Albert C. Baker of Moline, Ill.; two sisters, Susan Conrad of Cleveland and Eulalia Godfrey of Ashville, Pa.; and five grandchildren. - She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert M. Baker, two brothers and two sisters. - She was born in Ashville, Pa., Feb. 11, 1893, a daughter of the late June and Lincoln Conrad. - Friends may call at the McClave-Chandler-Mills Funeral Home, downtown, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday; services Wednesday, 11 a.m.; the Rev. DeForest L. Winner; Allegheny Mausoleum, Pittsburgh. - Memorial contributions may be made to the Carriage Inn Hospice or Ohio Valley Hospital.
