MARGARET R. (BROWN) LaSPADA - Age 81, of Sewickley Heights, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2006; beloved wife of the late Lawrence P. LaSpada, Sr., loving mother of Margaret (Louis) Piernik, Lawrence P. (Judith) LaSpada, Jr, Kathleen (Edward) Yope, Rose Marie Smith and the late Samuel LaSpada; loving sister of Robert H. (Jean) Brown, Richard (Nancy) Brown and the late Martin "Bud" Brown; sister-in-law of JoAnn Brown; proud grandmother of Louis Piernik, Michele Belko, Michael LaSpada, Debbie Shook, Eric and Brian Yope, Christopher, Tiffany and Marc Smith. Adopted grandmother of Bill; great- grandmother of Eileen, Louie, Abigail, Nicholas, Regan, Aurora, Cierra, Alaina, and Ian. Retired RN at Sewickley Valley Hospital after 33 years of service. 1946 graduate of St. Francis Nursing School. Loved traveling and cooking. Visitation Wednesday 12-9 PM at COPELAND'S SEWICKLEY, 702 Beaver Street, where a prayer service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 AM followed by Mass at Christ Hope Church at 10 AM. Burial St. James Cemetery. Family suggests memorial donations in her name to the Leukemia Society of W. PA.
