Martha Belinotti was born July 26, 1930, the daughter of Albert Belinotti and Rita Mori, both born in Italy. They lived in Creighton, West Deer Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

At some point, Martha married Joseph C. Misutka, born June 25, 1924.

Martha J. Misutka is named in a 1955 news article as a Public Health Nurse in Tarentum. In 1957, she is listed as a nurse in the New Kensington, Pennsylvania City Directory.

A veteran of the Korean War, Joseph C. Misutka died November 20, 1976. He is buried at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Tarentum.

Martha's father, Albert Belinotti, died in 1985, and her mother, Rita Mori Belinotti, died in 1998.
