Mrs. Eleanor M. Priddy, 72, of Biloxi died Wednesday, June 20, 2007 in Biloxi. Mrs. Priddy was a native of McCalmont Township, PA and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville. She received her Bachelor's Degree at Mid Western University and a Master's Degree in Education at USM. Mrs. Priddy served her country as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Nurse's Corp and taught English and French at St. Martin High School, D'Iberville High School and the Department of Defense schools. She was preceded in death by her parents, James F. and Mildred Reagan Becker. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Billy G. Priddy, of Biloxi; a daughter, Melissa Priddy of Dothan, Al; a son, Mark J. Priddy of Biloxi , her 2 beloved dogs, Shilo and Andy, and her many stray cats. Mrs. Priddy and her family would like to thank her Al-Anon group, who supported her completely, and the staff of Asercare Hospice for the excellent care they provided. Services will be held Monday, June 25, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery with full military honors.
