Marie Androsky, age 4, is found in the 1930 census of Redstone Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. She is listed as the daughter of John and Anna Androsky, along with two brothers, John, Jr., 11, and Mike, 10.

In 1940, Marie is listed as Marie Dabski, 14, the stepdaughter of John Androsky. Also in the home was Mike Oles, listed as Mr. Androsky's nephew.

Coal miner, John Androsky (Andrysczak), born in 1882 in Poland, died in 1943. He is buried at St. Mary's Cemetery, Brownsville, Fayette County.

During World War II, while a student nurse, "Marie D. Androsky," born March 29, 1926 in Alison (Allison, Fayette County), served in the U. S. Cadet Nursing Corps.

Marie was also named "Snow Queen" while a student nurse. Following graduation, she was in another news story.

Marie Androsky moved to Bakersfield, California and is listed as a nurse in the City Directories of Bakersfield, Kern County, California, in 1951 and 1952. She was also pictured in a newspaper story (too dark to see) about a children's camp she was working at.

On December 27, 1952, in Bakersfield, Marie Androsky, 26, married Pat L. DeLucia, 27. He was a Brakeman, per the City Directories.

Soon after the marriage, Marie's mother, Anna Androsky, moved to California. She died in 1960.
