Children: Lora May Powell b. 28 Nov 1877 Grafton, Taylor Co., W. Va.; Edward Burdette Powell, b 8 Dec 1874, killed 9 April 1901.
Jasper died 6 Feb 1907 in Fairmont, WV; buried Buried Bluemont Cemetery, Grafton. Pension certificate #76.194.
