James C. Keller was born 2 Sep 1827 and died at Teverbaugh, Marion County, WV, 14 Sep 1920. He served in the 12th Infantry for 3 years during the Civil War. He was captured at the Battle of Winchester and was taken to Libby & Belle prisons. He was married to (1) Rebecca Hobbs and (2) Reuann Taggart and had nine children.
