Justine Yarmeak, born in Carnegie, Allegheny County, on December 18, 1924, was the daughter of Wasyl Yarmeak and Justine Sherba, both born in Hungary.

On January 23, 1947, Justine married Daniel L. Fello, born December 24, 1923 in Pittsburgh, the son of Lawrence Fello and Carmella Ciriello, both born in Italy.

Justine Fello died April 17, 2006 and Daniel L. Fello died October 22, 1993. Both are buried at Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
