OBITUARY--- ROCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Ernestine Winston Anderson, 67, of Rochester Township, Pa., formerly of Midland, passed away, Sunday, May 15, 2011. - She was born Dec. 20, 1943, in Coalwood, W.Va., daughter of the late Ernest Earl and Bertha (Collins) Winston. - A graduate of the St. Francis School of Nursing, Penn State University, and earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College. - Mrs. Anderson served her country with the United States Army as a commissioned Second Lieutenant, employed as a nurse at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC. - She retired as the Nursing Administrator from the Medical Center of Beaver County, with over 30 years of service. - She was a member of the Second Baptist Church. - Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Carl. - Survivors include two daughters, Carlette Whitman of Chesapeake, Va., Victoria Jordan of Columbia, Md.; her brother, Ernest Winston of Rochester; her sister, Jennifer Winston Cuspard of New Brighton; and four grandchildren. - A memorial service is 7 p.m. today, Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Second Avenue Baptist Church of Rochester, Pa. - The funeral service is 11 a.m., Friday, May 20, 2011, at the church with Rev. Jonathan Wilson officiating. Military honors will be presented between 1-1:30 p.m. in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum following service. - Arrangements handled by Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc., Rochester.
