Margaret Catherine Weible, born 30 June 1904 in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, was the daughter of William Weible and Catherine Sellman. By 1910, according to the census record, Catherine was married to Joseph Stibich. Catherine and Joseph Stibich had additional children by 1920, and Catherine died in 1921 at St. Francis Hospital. Joseph Stibich died December 3, 1962.

Perhaps it was when her mother died that Margaret decided to become a nurse at St. Francis. The obituary notes that two of Catherine Stibich's sisters were Franciscan nuns stationed at St. Francis Hospital.

By 1930, Margaret was married to Paul E. Treese and they had an infant daughter, Jean Louise, who married Edward J. Meyer 22 Dec 1950. In 1940 the family resided on Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh.

Margaret Weible Treese died 17 February 1975 in Pinellas, Florida. Her husband may be the Paul E. Treese who died in Pinellas in January 1957.
