Died on Thursday, October 2, 2008, at age 81. Beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Ricca; mother of Joseph (Deborra), James (Sandra), Nancy (Mark), Julie (Dean), and the late Patricia; grandmother of Jamie, Lisa, Anthony and the late Sara; great grandmother of Roman Ulrich; sister of John Waugaman, Elma Wakefield, Carolyn Sherrill, and the late Nettie, Charles, Sara, Ruth Ryder, Dorothy Campbell, Paul, Flora Belle, Leila Hodges, Donald, and Patricia Layton. Julia was a Registered Nurse for 50 years at St. Francis Hospital. Friends will be received Sunday only 2-4, 6-8pm in the EDWARD P. KANAI FUNERAL HOME, 500 Greenfield Ave. where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00am.

Julia was the sister of Leila Waugaman, St. Francis Class of 1942.
