Patricia K. Trant, a retired registered nurse, died Sunday (May 13, 2001) in Wyoming County Community Hospital after a short illness. She was 66.

Born Patricia Smith in Warsaw, she graduated from Warsaw High School and St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh. She worked for many years at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh before returning to the Warsaw area in 1994.

She enjoyed reading and doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles.

She is survived by three daughters, Marlena Brewton and Sheila Ray, both of Pittsburgh, and Amanda of Clayon, N.C.; two sons, Stephen of New Florence, Pa., and Marion of Pittsburgh; a sister, Shirley Stack of East Springfield, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Pittsburgh.
