Barnesboro Star, Thursday, August 31, 1972---PATTON AREA NATIVE PASSES 100th MILESTONE--Miss Annie G Thomas, RN, of St. Leonard's Guest Home, Hollidaysburg, celebrated her 100th birthday at the home of her nephew, Ferd Thomas of Ebensburg. She was born August 24, 1872 on Eckenrode Mill Road, Patton R.D. She was the daughter of James J. Thomas and Matilda "Tillie" (Glasser) Thomas. She is a graduate of the St. Francis School of Nursing, Pittsburgh.

Born August 24, 1872, she died in Ebensburg, Cambria County on April 3, 1976.
