Elsie E. Solay, age 77 of Redlands, California passed away February 18, 2013 in Redlands. She was born December 19, 1935 in Munhall, Pennsylvania to Andrew G. Solay and Valma Bodis Solay. She is survived by her sister, Eleanor Borkowski of Redlands. Private interment will be held.
