Ann G. Sinkey Haupt was the sister of Rose M. Sinkey, also a graduate of the Class of 1927.

Ann was born June 15, 1906 to Stephen Thomas Sinkey (1869-1928) and Barbara Berel (1871-1947). Mr. and Mrs. Sinkey, both born in Austria, immigrated to the United States in the late 1880s.

Her husband, Elmer Herman Haupt, born in 1903, died January 13, 1969 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.
