HUSBAND'S OBITUARY: News Press, Fort Myers, Florida, Aug 15, 1997 -- Lee County -- RICHARD E. ALLISON, 71, a seven year resident of Bonita Springs, died Aug. 13, 1997 in Easton, Pa. Born on Sept. 21, 1925 at Slippery Rock, Pa., son of the late Carl and Ida Book Allison, he was formerly of Whippany, N.J. Mr. Allison was a retired sales engineer for Reliance Electric Co., and was a member of the Lions Club in Bonita Springs and the American Legion in Whippany. He served in the Army in WWII during the European Campaign. - Surviving are his wife, Jeanne (Schessler) Allison; a daughter, Donna Hogan of Washington, NJ; two sisters: Maxine McMurtry of Bethlehem, Pa. and Sandra McDonald of Longwood, Fla.; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Memorials may be made to the Lions Club in Bonita Springs.

BROTHER'S OBITUARY: Thomas G. Schessler, 74 born in Pittsburgh, PA passed away April 17, 2007. Tom served in the US Army as a MP and then settled in Collier County in 1953. He owned Tom's Standard Oil and was the owner of Prime Real Estate, Inc. He was sales director for Emerald Bay, Avalon in Pelican Bay, Sterling Oaks and Kaye Homes. In 1981, Tom served as President of the Naples Area Board of Realtors. He enjoyed golf and was a member of Worthington Country Club. - He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Betty); Five children; Thomas (Gail) of Seattle, WA; Steve of Naples; Deanne (Sam) Smith of Naples; Jody (Misti) Ashley of Indianapolis, IN and Mark Ashley of Indianapolis, IN. Tom was one of nine children; two surviving brothers; John (Marge) of Mars, PA and Paul (Janet) of Cranberry Twp., PA; three sisters; Sister M. Gregory of Millvale, PA; Jeanne Allison of Ft. Myers; Celine (Ray) Mravintz of Pittsburgh; Tom had 9 grandchildren he dearly loved; Thomas, III, Trevor, Tyler, Caryn, Jessica, Jacob, Elizabeth, Alyssa and Amy. - Friends and relatives are invited to call Thursday, April 19th from 6-7:30pm at the Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. SISTER'S OBITUARY: CELINE S. (SCHESSLER) MRAVINTZ With fork in hand, passed peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at age 87. Wife of the late Raymond J. Mravintz; mother of Raymond Jr. (Mary Grace), Mary Basel (Stephen), Joseph (Joann), Dolores Komora (William), Fred, and Margaretta Hernandez (Frank); grandmother of 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren; sister of Sister Gregory Schessler O.S.F., John V., Jeanne Allison of FL, Paul Schessler, and the late Peter A. James G., Thomas G., and Francis Schessler. Survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation Thursday 3-7 p.m. at STEPHEN M. BRADY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 920 Cedar Ave., (across from AGH). SISTER'S OBITUARY: Sister Gregory Schessler, OSF, 96, passed away Friday, June 21, 2019. She was the loving daughter of the late Peter A. Schessler and Olivia Schessler; sister of John Schessler, Paul Schessler, Jeanne Allison and the late Peter A. Schessler, James Schessler, Thomas Schessler, Francis Schessler and Celine Mravintz; niece of the late Sister Claver Zeuger, OSF and the late Sister Georgine Zeuger, OSF; she is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Sister Gregory grew up in Glenshaw with two sisters and six brothers. She entered the community from All Saints Parish in Etna. She was a Sister of St. Francis for 80 years. Sister Gregory graduated from Duquesne University with a B.S in education and St. Bonaventure with an M.A. in mathematics, and post graduate studies at several universities in science and mathematics education. Her 80 years of service reads like a who's-who of an outstanding individual. She was a teacher in the Pittsburgh Dioceses for 19 years, principal of Mt. Alvernia High School for three years and principal of Brownsville Catholic for five years. Sister served two terms on the leadership team of the community. She was Diocesan education consultant and served as director of development for the Sisters of St. Francis. She was active in the Junior Academy of Science in PA, the first woman council member in the Borough of Millvale for four years, had extensive involvement in the Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania for 25 years, and in her "elder" years she offered her services wherever they were needed. Sister Gregory was a very gifted woman, enjoying life to the fullest and always serving others with a positive attitude. - Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at St. Alexis Church, 10090 Old Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090.
