Class of 1918
Emma Dorothy Post is found as both Emma and Dorothy.
In the 1900 Federal census, Emma Post, age 6, was residing on River Avenue, Pittsburgh, with her parents Friedrich and Augusta (Buchholz) Post, and her siblings, Wilhelm, Gustav, Matilde (died 1901, age 19), Anna, Lillian, and Martha. In that census, Emma's birth is stated as November 1893.
Emma was probably the young woman of that name who was a servant, age 16, for the Abraham Isaacs family in the 1910 Pittsburgh census. [She is also listed in her family's census but age is misstated.]

Emma's father died in 1923, and her mother died in 1928. They are buried at Prospect Cemetery, West Deer Township, Allegheny County, Pa.
