FRANC, NELLIE E., 92, of Port Richey, died Wednesday (Oct. 11, 2006) at Regional Medical Center, Bayonet Point. Born in Torrence, Pa., she came here 30 years ago from Pittsburgh. She was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing. She served as a first lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps in World War II and participated in the Rhineland and Northern France campaigns. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, John W., Daytona Beach; a daughter, Andrea Franc-Sekowski, Weeki Wachee; three sisters, Mary Paskovitch and Madeline Carbonaro, both of Derry, Pa., and Catherine Paskovitch, Denver.
