CRESCENT - Eugenia Pareigis Virusky, 92, formally of Baxley died Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Southeast Georgia Medical Center in Brunswick. Mrs. Virusky was born in Crescent, Pennsylvania to the late John Huston and Alice Belski Pareigis. She was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing. In 1952, Mrs. Virusky moved to Baxley with her husband, Dr. Edmund J. Virusky and served as his nurse and office manager. - After Dr. Virusky's death she resided in both Appling and McIntosh counties. Survivors are: a daughter, Charlotte V. Floyd of Cedar Pointe; a son, LTC (Ret.) Edmund J. Virusky of Alexandria, Virginia; grandchildren, Dr. Grady Floyd, Dr. Christopher Virusky and Carolyn V. King; great grandchildren, Taylor Virusky and Hadley Virusky. Private Graveside services will be held from Omega Cemetery with Father Keith O'Neill officiating, A Memorial service for family and close friends will be held Thursday at 5: 00 PM at St. Williams Catholic Church on St. Simons Island, GA.
