OCEPEK CAROLE J. - Age 71, of DuBois, PA, formerly of South Park, PA, died Sunday morning, December 30, 2012 at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born on November 22, 1941 in South Park, PA. She was the daughter of the late Rudy Ocepek, Sr. and Mary (Strimlan) Ocepek. She retired in 2002 from St. Francis General Hospital Pittsburgh, PA as a nursing supervisor. She is survived by one sister, Violet (Ocepek) Franco; four nephews, Gary (Pam) Franco of NY, Edward Ocepek of OK, Paul (Natalie) Ocepek of MA, and Brian (Stephanie) Ocepek of CO; and two nieces, Pam (Dave) Foresman of Export, PA and Christine (Rocco) Fulciniti of Pittsburgh, PA; three great-nieces, Kim Franco, of NY, Brianna Fulciniti of Pittsburgh, Ella Ocepek of MA; and one great-nephew, Antonio Fulciniti of Pittsburgh. She was preceded in death by her two parents, two brothers, Rudy and Richard; and one nephew, Jeff Franco. A special thanks to Linda and Sandy Reed, Marianne Sanker, and Esther Carrick for their care and friendship. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills.
