Born on September 28, 1956, Cheryl was the daughter of Harry John Campbell (1935-1997), and Donna Jean Richardson 1937-2004.

Cheryl died of cancer on May 20, 1998, as reported by a friend.

Her gravestone at Cochran Cemetery, Templeton, Armstrong County, Pa., indicates that she had been a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army.

Her surname was NOAR when she graduated from the school of nursing at St. Francis. Her husband at the time of her death was John M. Felsing.
