On December 1, 1941, Helen, 25, a resident of Aspinwall, Allegheny County, married Maurice C. Johnson, 26, born in Cedar Hill, Tennessee and a resident of Langeloth, Pennsylvania.

OBITUARY (Lenoir, North Carolina)--Helen Cecelia McMahon Johnson, age 95, of Highland Ave., SW, Lenoir, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at the residence. She was born December 6, 1915 in Westmoreland County, PA to the late Peter and Anna McMahon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Connell Johnson; brothers, George McMahon and Pete McMahon; and sister, Kathryn Irwin. - Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of Burgettstown High School in Burgettstown, PA, St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. - Survivors include sons, James and wife Patricia Johnson of Lenoir and William Johnson of San Diego, CA; grandsons, Jeffrey and wife Linda of Williamsburg, VA, Gary and wife Emily of Findlay, Ohio, Kurt of Harrisonburg, VA; great-granddaughters, Kylie Johnson of Williamsburg, VA., and Madeleine Johnson of Findlay, Ohio; and great-grandson, Chase Johnson of Findlay, Ohio. - A family service will be held in Williamsburg, VA. - The family requests that donations be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood St., NW, Lenoir, NC 28645 or Robbins Nest, P.O.
