Hazel M. Kennevan 81, of Pittsburgh, Pa., died Sunday, April, 30, 2006, in Murrells Inlet.

She was a resident of National Health Care, Garden City Beach and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Garden City Beach.

Born January 4, 1925, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna McClelland. On Oct. 2, 1946, she married Thomas H. Kennevan, who preceded her in death on Nov. 7, 2000.

She is survived by children Colleen Kokaska of Murrells Inlet; Daniel and Thomas Kennevan of Pittsburgh; La Verne Maginnis of Lewistown,Pa.; Kathleen Khodayari of San Antonio, Texas; Erin Booth of Springfield, Pa.; and Steven Kennevan of Seattle, Wash.; and by 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was a 1945 graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 6th at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
