Born October 1, 1918, Charlotte was the daughter of Polish immigrants, Zigmund and Mary Maleski, living in Harrison, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at the time of the 1930 Federal Census, and in Brackenridge Borough, Allegheny County, in 1940.

Charlotte's sister, Alfreda, graduated in St. Francis Nursing Class of 1946-A. Other siblings were Edwin, Richard, and Irene.

Charlotte Maleski apparently didn't marry and her death occurred on September 16, 1991.
