Dolores was born to Pete and Cecilia "Sally" (Parnell) Mlinarcik about 1934. Dolores had an older sister, Genevieve (b May 22, 1931; d Dec 19, 2001). Pete died at the age of 31, in 1937.

News articles from 1950 indicate that Sally Mlinarcik petitioned the court to change her name from Sally Mlinarcik to Sally Madison. She also asked that her two daughters' surnames be changed to Madison, as well.

This Dolores Madison is almost certainly the student in the Class of 1954-A with her first cousin, Dorothy Mlinarcik. Their fathers were brothers.
