SALLY LUKES DAMBAUGH

Sally Ann (Lukes) Dambaugh, 73, of Zelienople passed away Thursday surrounded by her loving family while in the comfort of her home. - Born Aug. 29, 1939, in Zelienople, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Soltesz) Lukes. - Sally was a member of the St. Gregory Catholic Church in Zelienople for many years. She enjoyed camping, fishing and shelling on the beach. Sally had the gift of making wonderful creations in her kitchen, and she also enjoyed crafting. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. - She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 53 years, Dennis R. Dambaugh, who she married on July 18, 1959; her four loving daughters, Mary Kay Murphy and her husband, David, of Florida, Terry Jacobs and her husband, John, of Harmony, Sue Cade and her husband, Don, of Johnstown, Pa., and Patty Chang and her husband, Chet, of New York; her four brothers, Joe Lukes of West Chester, Pa., Steve Lukes and his wife, Rita, of Douglassville, Pa., Rick Lukes and his wife, Terry, of Fombell and Bill Lukes and his wife, Chris, of Gibsonia; her sister, Cathy DiMenno and her husband, Hank, of Connecticut; her seven grandchildren, Bree and Shawn Lenehan, Brian and Nathan Cade, Michelle Jacobs, Alex and Abby Chang; and her great-grandson, Hayden Cade.

Dambaugh - The family of Sally Ann (Lukes) Dambaugh, who passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. - A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, with Fr. Lawrence R. Smith, celebrant. - If desired, memorial contributions may be made in her honor in support of the VNA Hospice, 115 Technology Drive, Butler, PA 16001 or to St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
