MOTHER'S OBITUARY: Margaret T. Dvorchak, 90, of Industry, formerly of Monaca and Uniontown, passed away early Sunday morning, Jan. 18, (2003) in the home of her devoted daughter, Rita Turnow, with whom she resided for the past 21 years. She was born on Jan. 22, 1913 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late John and Anna Smigovsky, she was a member of the St. Blaise Parish family, Midland, and the Christian Mothers of her church. Preceding her in death were her husband, Stephen J. Dvorchak in 1982; three sisters, Sister M. Casmir, Mary Medwith and Helen Martin; and three brothers, Michael, William and Stephen Cutler. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Alla Dvorchak of Center Township; two daughters and a son-in-law, Marlene and Thomas Lipnicky, Rochester, and Rita Turnow of Industry; and 10 grandchildren and their spouses, numerous nieces and nephews and two faithful and loving companions, Princess and Gizmo. Friends were received in the Schwerha Funeral Home in Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated with the Rev. Paul Savage, in the absence of her pastor, officiating. Interment followed at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Center Township. Memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the St. Blaise Church or to Medi Home Hospice.
